I acknowledge the traditional owners and sovereign custodians of the land on which the work I make is situated, the Wurundjeri people of the Woiwurrung language group. I extend my respect to their Ancestors, and all First Peoples and Elders past and present. Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.

Biography

Adele Daniele (She/Her)

Adele is a multidisciplinary artist, designer, and musician practising in Narrm/Melbourn Australia. Her creative journey is an exploration of the intersection between various artistic mediums. Adele’s foundation in design, digital photography, drawing and music enables her to delve into the realm of nature, sound, and collaboration to craft unique and immersive experiences.

At the heart of her practice lies a profound fascination with the intricate world of insects, especially the phonognatha graffei and the wonders of nature.

Music is an integral part of my artistic expression. I play various instruments and compose melodic narratives that resonate with the essence of my visual work. It is through this harmonious synergy between sound and image that I seek to evoke emotions, transport audiences to ethereal landscapes, and ignite a sense of wonder and contemplation.

Beyond the confines of individual mediums, I am captivated by the power of collaboration. By collaborating with fellow artists, designers, and musicians, I strive to push the boundaries of creativity, merge diverse perspectives, and ignite a vibrant dialogue. Together, we weave intricate tapestries of art, seamlessly blending disciplines to create multimedia experiences that transcend traditional artistic boundaries.

As a curator of sensory experiences, I embrace the notion of creating immersive installations. I carefully curate playlists that intertwine music with my visual art projects, inviting viewers to embark on a multisensory journey. The rhythmic pulse of the music intertwines with the visual narratives, breathing life into each piece and enhancing the overall artistic experience.

Through my work, I aspire to ignite curiosity, and remind audiences of the intricate beauty that exists in the world around us. By merging digital photography, graphic design, collage, music, and collaboration, I seek to challenge perceptions, provoke introspection, and foster a deeper connection between humans and the natural world.
